In the afternoon of Aug 15th, the Group Director Office organized a training of business etiquette among the functional departments of group, administrative reception personnel and business representatives from subsidiary companies.

Mrs. Ouyang, the deputy director of Director Office, as the training instructor, introduced and combined some practical examples of business conference and dinner with theoretical knowledge.

During the training, Mrs. Ouyang grouped the participants into a couple of team, and encouraged communication, discussion in team. The participants were actively sharing their personal experience and ideas. The training was completed in a pleasant atmosphere, which not only enhanced the business etiquette skills of participants, but also somewhat narrowed the distance between them.
