In order to promote the communication and cooperation in working and learning among the employee, enhance cohesion throughout the team, the Group held an outdoor experimental training under the theme of “Efficiency, Cooperation and all-win”.

In the two days’ training, a diversity of training programs were launched: warming-up games, high-altitude challenge, intelligence games and a party. During the day, all participants threw themselves passionately into the training, regardless of the searing sun and physical pressure. At night, a party was organized, situation comedies were played by participants, applause and laugh came out at times and ended hardly. 

The training made endless fun and helped the new comers get integrated more quickly and easily, produced opportunities for all of them to know better about each other, and have good influence on the work in future. It also to some extent opened their thinking, reminded them to always act as a team.
